1. Operator and scope
VitaBridge is presented by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms describe use of the current development preview. By using the preview, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Emergency services and medical care
This preview does not summon an ambulance, contact emergency services, provide medical advice, or establish a clinician–patient relationship. In an emergency, call the emergency number for your location. Do not rely on the preview for diagnosis, treatment, triage, vehicle availability, hospital capacity, navigation accuracy, or arrival times. Actual transport and care require a separately engaged authorized provider.
3. Demonstration accounts and records
Role and tenant selectors are demonstration controls, not authenticated accounts or secure access permissions. Use fictitious information only. Do not enter real medical records, insurance identifiers, credentials, payment details, or information about another person. Session records can disappear when the page reloads or closes. Offline availability covers cached application assets and does not transmit emergency requests.
4. Marketplace and payments
Products, orders, credits, and payment-provider settings are simulations. Displayed prices are illustrative and are not binding transport quotes. No payment is collected, no subscription is activated, and no refund or payout is processed through this preview. Any future paid service requires its own disclosed pricing, provider identity, cancellation/refund terms, and payment confirmation. Emergency assistance must not be delayed to complete a demonstration purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, disrupt access, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate a provider, submit unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for having permission to submit any content and for your use of external services.
6. Intellectual property
Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, VitaBridge branding, original website material, and software are owned by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation or its licensors. You receive a limited permission to use this preview for its intended evaluation purpose. No ownership in your submitted material transfers to us merely because you use a form. 7. External services and availability
External map, font, hosting, and consultation services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the preview. No response-time, clinical outcome, security certification, or uptime guarantee is offered.
8. Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the development preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for any actual clinical or transport service must be established with the actual provider.
9. Changes and questions
